Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with the exception of pre-orders.
You will receive your order between 2-10 days after it is shipped out based on the delivery type selected at checkout.
Orders that are flagged as suspicious will verify additional information before the are canceled.
Business days do not include Sundays, and orders that are placed after 4 pm Saturday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders will not be shipped to a P.O. Box to any of the 50 states.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, and sale items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.
If you receive your order and it is damaged, or defects occur during use of the product that are covered under the product’s warranty, your purchase will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty which varies per brand.
To start a return, you must contact us at shop@ajanuarylove.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition, and that all parts are included. Any product that is missing any parts will incur a charge for those missing items. Any shipping charges will not be reimbursed. A January Love is not responsible for damage sustained in return transit and damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AND IT IS BROKEN?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
